You will be requested to register your e-mail address on this site, and then you can send a whistleblowing report by e-mail to the "Whistleblowing E-mail Address" that will provided to the e-mail address that you registered. Communication will be possible after that through the registered e-mail address. It is also possible to request to delete your signature in the e-mail and your e-mail address when conveying a whistleblowing report to the Company through the Center.

You will be requested to write a whistleblowing report directly on this site. The content that is written will be conveyed to the Compliance Dept., Legal Div. of MITSUI & Co. as it is, and therefore the method B can be used for whistleblowing reports that require urgency. Under this method, your whistleblowing report will only be conveyed unilaterally to the Compliance Dept., Legal Div. of MITSUI & Co., and subsequent communication is not possible. When writing a whistleblowing report, please do not write information by which individuals can be identified, such as names or contact information, or information that should not be written (for details, please read the page of "Step.4 Registration Form").
