The MITSUI & Co. Global Group Hotline is a hotline shared throughout the MITSUI & Co. Group, established for the purpose of reporting violations, and possible violations, of antitrust and anticorruption laws around the world to the Compliance Dept., Legal Div. of MITSUI & Co. directly.
Compliance issues may come in various shapes and sizes. Undeniably, violations of antitrust and anticorruption laws could have a severe impact on the MITSUI & Co. Group.
If you notice a violation of antitrust and anticorruption laws or something that you think might be a violation, and you are hesitant to report it to your superior or through the internal whistleblowing system in your company, feel free to use the MITSUI & Co. Global Group Hotline.
The MITSUI & Co. Global Group Hotline is a hotline especially for matters related to antitrust and anticorruption laws. It does not accept reports submitted for other reasons. Please report on matters other than antitrust and anticorruption laws to your superior or by using the internal whistleblowing system adopted by your company.

コンプライアンス事案にも多種多様な事案がありますが、独占禁止法及び贈賄防止法に違反する事案が発生した場合、三井物産グループに甚大な影響がある可能性も否定できません。
独占禁止法及び贈賄防止法に違反する／違反する可能性があると懸念される事案があり、ご自身の上長又は所属する会社での内部通報制度に基づく通報がためらわれる場合には、ぜひこの「三井物産グローバルグループホットライン」をご利用ください。
なお、「三井物産グローバルグループホットライン」は独占禁止法及び贈賄防止法に関する事案に特化したホットラインであり、その他の事由を理由とする通報は受け付けておりません。独占禁止法・贈賄防止法以外の事由については、ご自身の上長へ報告するか、又はご自身が所属する会社で導入済みの内部通報制度をご利用頂けますよう、宜しくお願い申し上げます。
